What is Amana Events YEG?

Amana Events YEG provides on-site privacy pouch services for women-only weddings and private gatherings. Our goal is to support comfort, privacy, and peace of mind at events.

What does your service include?

We provide on-site phone privacy pouch management and light event support related to our service area to help maintain a smooth and private event experience.

How do the phone pouches work?

Guests are required to place their phones inside a secure pouch upon entry. Phones remain with guests for the duration of the event and can be unlocked at designated times or in designated areas, as arranged by the host. All phone functions remain accessible while the device is in the pouch, except for photo and video functions.

Can guests still access their phones in an emergency?

Yes. Guests can access their phones through the designated unlocking process established for the event.

What types of events do you service?

We currently provide services for women-only weddings, private or community gatherings.

What areas do you serve?

Amana Events YEG is based in Edmonton and serves Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Does Amana Events YEG service birthday parties?

No, at this moment we do not service birthday parties.

Do you offer services for mixed events or events with alcohol?

No. We only provide services for women-only gatherings where no alcohol is served.

Do you offer services for events with music?

No. Amana Events YEG was created to support private gatherings that align with our Islamic values. For this reason, we currently do not provide services at events featuring instrumental music. Exceptions may be made for duff and vocal-only nasheeds.

Why doesn't Amana Events YEG serve all types of events?

Amana Events YEG was created to provide a service that reflects our Islamic values while helping sisters enjoy private, comfortable, and meaningful gatherings. We intentionally serve a specific type of event so that we can maintain Islamic guidelines and support an environment where every sister can enjoy a blessed and beautiful occasion, in sha Allah.

For this reason, we have certain event requirements that help us remain consistent with the purpose and values of our service. We appreciate your understanding and support of our vision. 🤍

How much do your services cost?

Pricing starts from $250 and varies depending on event size, duration, and logistics. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your inquiry form.

How do I book?

You can book by filling out our inquiry form. We will review your details and respond within 24–48 hours, in sha Allah.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during wedding season.

Do you require a contract?

Yes. A simple service agreement is provided upon booking confirmation to ensure clarity for both parties.

Can I customize the service for my event?

Yes. If you have specific needs, please include them in your inquiry form and we will let you know what is possible.
